DME Assam Recruitment 2024: Apply for 2047 Grade III and Grade IV Vacancies

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has announced the recruitment of 2047 vacancies across Grade III (Technical & Non-Technical) and Grade IV posts in various Medical Colleges, Hospitals, and other institutions under its establishment.

Eligible candidates can apply online from 29th November 2024 to 9th December 2024.

Vacancy Details

1. Grade-III (Technical)

• No. of Posts: 1070
• Educational Qualification: Post-specific qualifications as per official notification.
• Pay Scale: ₹14,000 – ₹60,500 (Grade Pay details in the official advertisement).

2. Grade-III (Non-Technical)

• No. of Posts: 320
• Educational Qualification: Post-specific qualifications as per official notification.
• Pay Scale: ₹14,000 – ₹60,500 (Grade Pay details in the official advertisement).

3. Grade-IV

• No. of Posts: 657
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII pass from a recognized institution.
• Pay Scale: ₹12,000 – ₹52,000 (Grade Pay ₹3,900).

Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
2. Age Limit:
   • Minimum: 18 years
   • Maximum: 40 years (as of 1st January 2024).
   • Age Relaxation:
     • OBC/MOBC: 3 years
     • SC/ST: 5 years
     • PwD: 10 years
3. Employment Exchange Registration: Must be registered with any Employment Exchange in Assam.
4. Application Fee: No fee is required.
